How to: Copy and paste a control and its label on a report.
Solution:
In Report Design view, select the desired control (select the control, not its label), select the 'Edit' menu and select copy, select the desired section to which the control will be pasted, and select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'.
NOTE: If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
NOTE 2: Cut and paste controls between sections; within a section, simply move the control.
NOTE 3: Controls can be pasted to sections of other forms or reports.
1) Click the 'Report' tab in the Database window.

2) Select the desired report from the list box. (The selected report is highlighted.)
3) Click 'Design'. (The selected report appears in the design view.)
4) Click to select the desired control. (Handles appear around the control.)
NOTE: If the control has an attached label, select the control only, not the label.

5) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'.
6) Click to select the desired section selector to which the control will be pasted.

7) Select the 'Edit' menu, and select 'Paste'. (The selected control usually appears in the upper-left hand corner of the selected section.)

8) Move the selected control to the desired location:
a) Click to select the control. (Handles appear around the control.)
b) Move the cursor on the outline of control selected, not on the handles. (The cursor becomes an open hand.)
c) Press and hold down the mouse and move selected control to the desired location. (Both the control and its attached label move.)
NOTE: Event procedures associated with a control cannot be copied.
